- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 11:30pm, Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laser Setter.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines efficiently and safely
- Load programs and materials in accordance with production requirements
- Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal cutting performance and quality
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job specifications
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required tolerances and standards
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and targets
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
