Duration: 12 Months
Location: Devon (multi-site, ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill)
Rate: £180 - £240 per day (PAYE) or £245 - £305 per day (Umbrella)
About the Role
In this exciting position, you'll provide vital support across three hospitals in the beautiful Devon area, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service post-installation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy troubleshooting, training, and collaborating with teams, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering frontline customer support across a range of analytical systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Minimising unplanned downtime of laboratory equipment - your expertise will keep things running!
- Providing applications and IT support tailored to laboratory needs.
- Conducting training sessions for laboratory staff, empowering them with the knowledge they need to excel.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A degree (BSc) in Biomedical Science or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- A thorough and up-to-date understanding of the IVD industry.
- Solid experience in delivering exemplary support within a hospital laboratory or similar diagnostics solutions provider.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills that shine under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities that foster collaboration.
- A resilient and tenacious spirit, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- A growth mindset, adaptable to agile techniques and new learning opportunities.
- Full UK Driving License.
