Shifts: Rotating - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
As a GAP Leader (Group Autonomy of Production), you are the cornerstone of your production group. You will lead your team to achieve planned outputs, minimise variability, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production process.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will provide on-the-job training, support operators on the line, and step into operator positions when required. Your leadership will ensure smooth shift transitions and continuous adherence to the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience leading or supervising a team (desirable)
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Conduct audits in line with planning
- Manage (Quick Response Quality Control)
- Maintain accurate SAP data
- Support team members and provide hands-on leadership
- End of the Shift
- Remove first part from checking fixture
- Prepare the production line for the next shift
- Update and verify Production Board information
- Complete a full shift handover to the incoming GAP Leader
