Internal Sales Executive Kingswinford Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5pm Office Based Permanent £27,000- £32,000 Per Annum We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join our Internal Sales team. This role would suit someone currently working in customer service, retail, hospitality, account management or an office-based customer support role who enjoys speaking with people and is looking to build a successful career in sales. For us, attitude, personality and willingness to learn are more important than previous sales experience. We can teach our products and processes, but we're looking for someone who is naturally positive, proactive and enjoys helping customers. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Prepare and follow up quotations. Support customers with product information and order updates. Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional sales. Work closely with external sales colleagues to maximise opportunities. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain customer records and activity within the CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. A positive, can-do attitude. Strong relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office. A desire to learn and develop within a sales environment. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telesales or account support.
