We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing operation in Hull. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, including order pickers and FLT drivers, across a rotating shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet operational targets.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including order picking, goods in/out, and stock movements.
- Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management using internal systems.
