Key Responsibilities Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods. Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records. Operating warehouse equipment and pallet trucks safely. Assisting with goods-in, goods-out, and general warehouse duties. Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times. Following health and safety procedures and company policies. Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets and deadlines. Candidate Requirements Essential: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic IT skills. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties. Full UK Driving Licence. Flexible approach to shift work.Desirable: FLT, Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA, or PPT licences. Experience using warehouse management systems.
