We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic manufacturing operation in Hull. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing production teams, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards across a rotating shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team to meet daily operational targets.
