We're currently recruiting for a Night‑Shift Caravan Labourer to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing team based in the HU7 area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on, physical work and has previous labouring experience. You'll be working in a fast‑paced production environment supporting the construction of high‑quality caravans.

Shift & Pay

  • Monday - Thursday: 5:30pm - 3:45am
  • Pay: £13.71 per hour
  • Long weekend every week - Friday off

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the construction and assembly of caravan components
  • Manually handling panels, fixtures, and materials
  • Using hand and power tools to support fitting and installation tasks
  • Supporting skilled trades such as joiners, plumbers, and electricians
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the production area
  • Following instructions from team leaders and working efficiently to deadlines
