Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Completing bank reconciliations and accurate data entry
- Assisting with payroll and finance reporting
- Maintaining organised and compliant financial records
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Supporting operational tasks including stock and deliveries when required
About You:
- We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and happy to take a hands-on approach
- Previous experience in a finance / accounts assistant role (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office systems
- Able to work independently and within a team
