The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while also supporting internal processes to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
