We are urgently seeking a reliable, experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Demand Planning team. This is a key role requiring someone who is accurate, organised, and committed - someone who takes pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality admin support. This position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate, efficient administrative support to the Demand Planning team
- Maintain and update internal systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with documentation, reports, and planning activities
- Communicate professionally with internal teams
- Handle data entry with high levels of accuracy
- Support general office and team administration as required
- Strong, proven admin background (essential)
- Good attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with SAP IBP is highly desirable, but not essential
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week (1 hour unpaid lunch). Part‑time may be considered for an exceptional candidate, but full‑time is preferred.
