Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and inspections on the fleet
- Diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA compliance
- Rectify defects identified through driver checks
- Support fleet availability through efficient turnaround of vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
- Full UK driving licence (Category B/B1 essential)
- Category D or D1 licence desirable (enhanced rate applies)
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle / PSV / HGV Maintenance
- Proven experience working on buses, coaches, or heavy vehicles
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of DVSA regulations and MOT preparation
