About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period. You will be working in an outdoor environment handling various products and supporting general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (diesel or electric, double stack only)
- Loading and unloading containers safely and efficiently
- Moving and handling various products
- Picking, packing, and moving stock around the warehouse
- Manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence
- Ability to work outdoors in cold conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physically demanding role, lifting up to 20kg
