Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and accurately action all quotes and orders.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Ensure prompt responses to the Sales inbox and phone calls.
  • Oversee daily completion of quotation updates.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Provide clarity and training on processes, including returns.
  • Lead and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
  • Foster a customer-centric atmosphere within the department.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and employee retention efforts.
  • Engage with customers and represent the company at trade shows.
