Job Description Production Operative Are you looking for a hands on role with immediate starts available? We are currently recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Burton Latimer. The hours for this job are 2 day shifts working 6am until 6pm followed by 2 late shifts working 6pm until 6am followed by 4 days out of the business. Operating simple production machinery Assembling, packing, and checking products Carrying out basic quality checks Keeping your work area clean and tidy Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets Previous factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential Competitive pay rates Overtime opportunities Full training provided Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience Potential for long-term opportunities Based in Burton Latimer with good transport links and free on-site parking.
