We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing accountancy practice seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their friendly and professional team. The Role

This position will involve a mix of audit and accounts work, with audits accounting for approximately 60-70% of your workload. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, managing and completing audits from start to finish
  • Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
  • Working with limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Preparing self-assessment tax returns (desirable but not essential)
  • Supporting SME clients with their accounting, audit and tax requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting junior team members where required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
