We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to support the Factory Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Dartford. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. You will play a key part in supervising production teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the smooth running of factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, KPIs, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
