Job Description Production Manager Mid-Kent | £43,000 - £53,000 DOE + 5% Bonus Are you a strong people leader looking for an opportunity to shape culture, build leadership capability and drive performance within a growing FMCG manufacturing business? Adecco is recruiting for a Production Manager to lead a team of Shift Leaders and production staff within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key leader within the business, you will also become a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to strategic decision-making and helping shape the future direction of the operation.
