arehouse/Forklift Operator
Location: Maidstone
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate
Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team as a Forklift/Warehouse Operator based in Maidstone
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move goods safely
- Ensuring correct handling and storage of stock to prevent damage
- Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
- Working closely with the warehouse team to meet deadlines and priorities
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties
- Completing relevant paperwork and documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
