Your responsibilities will include: Direct Brand Recruitment: Take ownership of live vacancies, ensuring timely and effective fulfilment while consistently meeting performance targets. Relationship Building: Build trusted, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers through proactive check-ins, role briefings, and market insights.
