What You'll Do
- Opportunity Management: Follow and progress customer opportunities through to completion using our CRM system.
- Customer Liaison: Keep customers informed about their quotations and provide them with a single point of contact for all inquiries.
- Sales Support: Identify and present additional opportunities to upsell our products and services.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including job packs and purchase orders.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate quotes and manage client portal updates.
What We're Looking For
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to upsell and demonstrate commercial awareness.
