Junior Buyer

As a Junior Buyer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients team to ensure the smooth and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services in line with company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring the best value. Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory. Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet procurement needs. Liaising with suppliers, confirming shipment details and ensuring shipping and freight arrangements meet legal requirements. Manage multiple warehouse inventory levels and deliveries.What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Previous experience in a procurement or buying role.
