We are seeking an IT Training and Capability Analyst with an L&D mindset to support our Cyber Security Target Operating Model.
Responsibilities include:
- Mapping capabilities and competencies.
- Supporting Early Careers initiatives.
- Managing our SharePoint site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a career structure and talent pipeline for the security function.
- Identify essential skills and competencies across the Security Organisation.
- Implement and administer the SkillStation competency-based training management tool.
- Manage L&D partnerships and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and outreach activities.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Mentoring, coaching, or development skills.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NCSC CAF.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with security training providers and professional bodies.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Forms, and database management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
