Key Responsibilities:
- Offer support to customers through phone and email.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Correct data issues and produce reports as necessary.
- Log all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy.
- Prioritise and manage the tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
