My client, a leading global bank is looking for a Service Design Introduction Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on service readiness, governance, and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Service Design Introduction for new and changed services
  • Ensure services are fully operationally ready, supportable, and compliant ahead of go-live
  • Define and govern Service Design Packages (SDPs), SLAs, support models, and readiness criteria
  • Act as the bridge between delivery teams and BAU operations
  • Run service readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with senior stakeholders
  • Embed consistent SDI processes, standards, and governance frameworks

Key requirements:

  • Strong experience in Service Design Transition / Introduction (ITIL)
  • Background in financial services or regulated environments
  • Experience delivering within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, and Business
