- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive and objective reports of your findings, complete with well-supported conclusions.
- Presentations: Attend disciplinary hearings to present your investigation findings on behalf of management to a panel.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to People Business Partners and People Consultants to keep everyone informed about progress.
