Are you a proactive, people-focused recruiter with experience hiring for commercial teams? We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our client on a 6-month temporary contract, supporting key hiring across sales and commercial functions.
Location: Tottenham Court Road. Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Pay: £18 - £23 per hour
Start date: Early - Mid February
Duration: 6 months
The role - As our Internal Recruiter, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal commercial roles, including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Sales Development and Commercial Support
- Source and proactively headhunt top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, give guidance, and support decision making
- Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and ensure a smooth internal process
- Keep all recruitment administration accurate and up to date through our ATS
- Deliver a brilliant candidate experience at every stage
What we're looking for - We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- In-house/internal recruitment experience, ideally supporting a range of roles including commercial or sales hiring.
- Knowledge of UK employment law, especially around Diversity & Inclusion
- Confidence using ATS systems
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience proactively sourcing and headhunting talent
- A flexible, adaptable approach and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
- Competence in Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
