Adecco is seeking an Interim Learning & Development Lead in South Essex for a 3-month initial contract with potential extension. This role provides operational oversight and strategic support during a transition period, ensuring improvement in learning, training, and workforce development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in L&D, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. Candidates must be able to travel across sites as necessary and have enhanced DBS.
