Join Our Client's Team as a Data Insights Analyst! Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? If so, our client is looking for a dynamic Data Insights Analyst to join their Security Control Centre (SCC) team!
About the Role: As the Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SCC's transition to a service-led operating model. To enhance data visibility, drive performance reporting, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) that empower decision-making and continuous improvement!
- Service Performance & Insight: Develop impactful performance reporting and dashboards. Conduct trend analysis and generate insightful reports.
- Data Management & Reporting: Enhance the quality and consistency of operational data. Provide support for Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Service Catalogue & Performance Framework: Assist in developing the SCC Service Catalogue and performance framework. Align performance measures with SCC objectives.
Proven experience in analysing operational or service-related data. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools). Experience in producing reports and performance insights. Familiarity with IT Service Management, Security Operations, or Facilities Management. Experience in defining KPIs, KRIs, or service performance measures. Comfortable challenging assumptions with data insights. Role requires appropriate National Security Vetting clearance. Compliance with UKPS security policies and procedures is essential. A full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
