A valuable opportunity has arisen for a Project Assistant to support our project delivery team on a complex, high-value project. This role will play a key part in ensuring project documentation and coordination activities are delivered to a high standard. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a hybrid working pattern. Initially, the successful candidate will work three days per week in the office, with greater flexibility available once the team is fully established. The role is offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Location: Exchange Quay, Salford, M5 3EP. Easily accessible by tram and public transport. Free parking available.

Reporting to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Documentation
    • Preparing and issuing project documentation to clients
    • Maintaining comment response sheets and consolidating client feedback
    • Tracking incoming and outgoing project documentation
    • Creating document cover sheets in line with project requirements
    • Expediting customer and supplier documentation and responses
    • Managing and coordinating comment response sheets
    • Attending client and supplier meetings, recording actions, and following up
  • Project Controls Support
    • Supporting schedule updates and maintaining project tracking information
    • Assisting with project coordination and compliance activities
    • Supporting client engagement and communication processes
