Our client, a leader in the Engineering Field, is seeking a highly organised and IT-literate Administrator to support our busy operations team. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage orders and administrative processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 4.30pm. On-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the business.
  • Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Take customer orders via phone, email, and online enquiries.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records, job files, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and process documentation including quotes, invoices, and job paperwork.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
