What You’ll Do:
- Direct Brand Recruitment: Take ownership of live vacancies, ensuring timely and effective fulfilment while consistently meeting performance targets.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers through proactive check‑ins, role briefings, and market insights.
- Candidate Management: Drive candidate flow and fulfilment mix, collaborating with sourcing teams to manage pipelines and reduce time‑to‑fill.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate system data, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and processes, including end‑to‑end delivery.
