Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE + company bonus

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the movement of stock through the Goods In and Goods Out processes.
  • Helping coordinate picking, packing and dispatch to meet customer requirements.
  • Managing reserved stock and supporting the fulfilment of orders.
  • Processing warehouse orders and keeping relevant systems updated.
  • Working with other departments to resolve queries and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Dealing with issues relating to incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Helping maintain a safe, tidy and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Carrying out forklift and banksman duties where you hold the appropriate training and authorisation.
  • Getting involved in initiatives designed to improve warehouse processes.

What We're Looking For

  • You’ll ideally have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting and be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail are important, as is the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
  • You should be someone who takes ownership of tasks, approaches problems positively and is confident using warehouse systems and courier platforms.
  • Forklift experience and/or banksman training would be advantageous but not essential.

Please note due to the location of the company, you will need a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
