Process Plant Operator
Hull | £37,503.45 | Permanent | 4 On / 4 Off
Adecco is recruiting for a Process Plant Operator to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull.
This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring critical industrial plant and production machinery. Full training will be provided on the company's specialist processes, making this a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, processing or machine-operating experience looking to develop further.
The Role
- Operate and monitor specialist plant machinery
- Monitor process conditions and equipment performance
- Carry out routine plant inspections
- Identify and report faults or abnormal operating conditions
- Feed raw materials into the production process
- Complete production and batch records
- Maintain excellent Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping standards
- Work alongside Production, Maintenance and Quality teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, processing or industrial experience
- Experience operating or monitoring machinery
- Good Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to follow operating procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working within an industrial environment
Experience with kilns, mixers/blenders, conveyors, bulk materials, FLTs or basic mechanical fault finding would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Package
£37,503.45 salary
4 on / 4 off - 12-hour shifts
2 days, 2 nights, 4 off
296 hours holiday including bank holiday allowance
