Job Description Process Plant Operator Hull | £37,503.45 | Permanent | 4 On / 4 Off Adecco is recruiting for a Process Plant Operator to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull. This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring critical industrial plant and production machinery. Full training will be provided on the company's specialist processes, making this a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, processing or machine-operating experience looking to develop further. Operate and monitor specialist plant machinery Monitor process conditions and equipment performance Carry out routine plant inspections Feed raw materials into the production process Complete production and batch records Maintain excellent Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping standards Work alongside Production, Maintenance and Quality teams Previous manufacturing, processing or industrial experience Experience operating or monitoring machinery Comfortable working within an industrial environment Experience with kilns, mixers/blenders, conveyors, bulk materials, FLTs or basic mechanical fault finding would be advantageous but isn't essential. 4 on / 4 off - 12-hour shifts 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off 296 hours holiday including bank holiday allowance Full specialist training provided If you're an experienced Process Operator, Plant Operator, Machine Operator or Production Operator looking for your next opportunity, apply today.
