This role focuses on processing customer orders, coordinating logistics, and supporting the wider customer service function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the system
  • Manage the flow of orders from receipt through to dispatch
  • Liaise with internal departments including Customer Service, Commercial, and Warehouse teams
  • Organise and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
