About the Role

Niche Fused Minerals are seeking a reliable and motivated Multi Skilled Operative to join their 24-hour processing plant in Hull. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the production of fused mineral products using a range of specialist plant equipment. Working as part of a shift team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production standards, and ensuring all processes run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of production plant and processing equipment
  • Support production activities in line with shift requirements and targets
