We're working with a forward-thinking engineering business operating at the forefront of electrical solutions, now looking to appoint a Health & Safety Specialist to join their team on a 12-16 month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening a proactive safety culture within a technically advanced, electrically focused environment. You'll partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure best-in-class standards across all activities.

The Opportunity

As Health & Safety Specialist, you'll take ownership of developing and embedding robust safety processes, with a strong emphasis on electrical safety standards - a core part of the business. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the working environment remains safe, compliant, and aligned with both regulatory requirements and industry best practice, while actively driving continuous improvement across all HSE activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve Health & Safety processes and standards across the business
  • Lead the delivery of high standards in electrical safety, ensuring compliance across all engineering operations
