The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while also supporting internal processes to maintain high service standards. This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving queries quickly and effectively
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Supporting order queries, billing enquiries, and general account support
  • Chasing outstanding information or responding to follow-ups as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous customer service experience (essential)
