We are looking for an Administrator to support our client over the next few months.

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and PA support to the Manufacturing Plants and Huddersfield Site. This role ensures the smooth running of site operations through effective coordination of meetings, events, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative functions including scheduling appointments, handling calls, taking dictation, composing memos, transcribing notes, and preparing presentations.
- Generate reports, manage multiple projects, and monitor invoices and expense reports.
- Support Plant Task Force Meetings, Site HSE Committee, and Inquiries by attending meetings, taking accurate notes, and producing detailed charts and reports.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and large events (e.g., Strategy Events), including venue booking, transport, catering, and stakeholder liaison.
- Maintain the Site Vehicle Register and ensure insurance records are up to date.
- Update and manage the Joint Integrity Site List and LCM Database weekly.
- Raise purchase orders and BACs requests for supplies, sponsorships, and donations.
- Ensure conference rooms are tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
- Provide cover for Occupational Health Admin Personnel when required.
- Support the Emergency Management Team and other site departments with administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplined office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint Designer, Visual Paradigm).
- Experience using SAP and SharePoint.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write articles, minutes, and summarise reports.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
- Experience coordinating meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and site communications procedures.
- GCSE English or equivalent qualification.
