Our client, a leading organisation based in Huthwaite is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a safe and efficient workplace environment.
- Summary
- Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months with potential for longer or permanent!
- Location: Huthwaite
- Pay Rate: £18.51 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Potential for hybrid working after training!
What You'll Do
- Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works with contractors.
- Raising, managing, and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and service costs.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, including fire safety and HVAC.
- Supporting the management of contractors and ensuring all documentation is audit ready.
- Monitoring service delivery against SLAs and escalating issues as needed.
- Assisting with workplace changes, audits, and inspections.
- Maintaining facilities systems and supporting emergency procedures.
- Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities or operations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with compliance and health & safety processes (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with CAFM systems or similar (desirable).
