We are looking for a HR Systems Manager (HRIS) to join our HR community on a 6‑month temporary assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our global HR systems and drive improvements that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience. Reporting to the HR Services Director, you will lead on the management and optimisation of our HRIS (SuccessFactors), working closely with global stakeholders to deliver impactful system enhancements and support business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global HRIS system (SuccessFactors), ensuring data integrity, functionality, and accuracy
- Lead system configuration, reporting, testing, and ongoing improvements
- Develop and support the HRIS roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Manage and support the HRIS team
- Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and drive efficiencies
- Lead communication of system updates, releases, and new functionality
- Deliver training to employees and managers on HR systems and processes
- Provide expert guidance on system configuration and reporting challenges
