We are currently recruiting for a HR Service Centre Assistant (Workforce Planning) to join our client South Yorkshire Police on a temporary ongoing basis in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their career within HR to join a prestigious Police Force.
ROLE PURPOSE - The HR Service Centre Assistant supports the HR Shared Services function by providing administrative, transactional, and operational assistance relating to employee relations.
This role involves handling various HR tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality service to our stakeholders.
You will provide both advice and transactional activities including post and officer/staff moves in the system.
Working alongside the other areas of specialism within the team: Recruitment and Onboarding and Employee Relations, you will contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiencies in multiple disciplines within the HR Customer Service Centre and offering continuous system administration support for Oracle Guided Learning to ensure the product is fit for purpose.
