Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 8 weeks (with possible extension)
  • Pay Rate: 35-42 per hour
  • Location: London Victoria (Hybrid working available)
  • Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, 3-4 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Employee Relations (ER) cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance to wider team on HR policies and procedures.
  • Review and update company policies and contracts to align with UK employment law.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Produce HR reports and analytics for senior leadership.
  • Analyse recent employee engagement surveys and design improvement initiatives based on results and feedback.
  • Support the HR function and wider SMT where required.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a senior, hands-on HR role.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Strong expertise in ER case management.
  • Up to date knowledge on UK employment laws.
  • A confident and proactive approach to work.
