Position Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 8 weeks (with possible extension)
- Pay Rate: 35-42 per hour
- Location: London Victoria (Hybrid working available)
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, 3-4 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Employee Relations (ER) cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to wider team on HR policies and procedures.
- Review and update company policies and contracts to align with UK employment law.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Produce HR reports and analytics for senior leadership.
- Analyse recent employee engagement surveys and design improvement initiatives based on results and feedback.
- Support the HR function and wider SMT where required.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a senior, hands-on HR role.
- CIPD qualification.
- Strong expertise in ER case management.
- Up to date knowledge on UK employment laws.
- A confident and proactive approach to work.
