Handle immigration and certificate of sponsorship applications, maintaining compliance with UKVI regulations. Manage contract creation and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with leaver administration, DBS checks, and absence management. Provide note-taking support during employee relations meetings and prepare necessary paperwork.
