Please note: Previous Housing Management experience within a local authority, housing association, ALMO, or social housing provider is essential.

Role Details Full Time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday Temporary assignment for an initial 3 months with likely extension 22.41 per hour PAYE (or Umbrella equivalent) Hybrid working, typically 2 to 3 days on patch and in the office, with the remainder working from home Immediate start available IT equipment provided Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed for visits Parking permit provided for estate inspections and resident visits Housing patch of approximately 700 properties About the Role As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, resident-focused housing management service across a designated patch.
