A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Housing Officer to join one of Adecco Public Sector's most improved Housing Association clients in a temporary post, covering for some absences in their team.
The post holder will be working hybridly from our client's North London office and expected to own a patch of approximately (Apply online only) units which will include shared ownership and mainly general needs homes.
You will be expected to seek out solutions for all customers whatever their needs and will need to be able to think independently and creatively.
Covering a geographical patch locally in North London (e. g Enfield, Barnet, Waltham Forest & Haringey), this is a full time post (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and the successful candidate will be expected to have knowledge of/experience in:
Delivering a customer-focused neighbourhood management service across a defined area.
Conducting inspections to maintain property standards and safety.
Managing tenancy breaches, including Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), in line with policies.
Performing tenancy audits to ensure all tenant details are current and accurate.
Collaborating with external agencies to provide the best support for our tenants.
Assisting with rent collection and arrears management in partnership with our Income Team.
Engaging with tenants to enhance their living experience and address their needs.
Voids monitoring and control Please note, a car driver/owner is essential for this role due to the size and geographical area of your patch.
Expertise in tenancy management would be highly desirable.
