What You'll Do: As an Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mixing & Blending: Prepare liquid products by accurately measuring and mixing ingredients.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet our high-quality standards.
  • Operating Machinery: Safely operate and maintain equipment used in the production process.
  • Packaging: Assist in the packaging of finished products for distribution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow operatives to ensure smooth operations and timely production.

Hours: 3 shifts working 7-3pm, 3-11pm, 11pm - 7am - when you first start you'll be on two shifts only until trained. Shift allowance on days and backs and overtime rates paid when required. Following 3 months probation, you'll be offered a permanent contract.
