We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team. This office-based role is crucial in supporting business growth through proactive customer engagement, efficient order management, and the development of new sales opportunities. You will build strong customer relationships, handle incoming sales enquiries, and actively contribute to achieving the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Respond professionally to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Proactively offer alternative products or solutions to meet customer needs.
Business Development & Outbound Sales
