We are looking for Production Operatives who want a long-term opportunity to build a career within production! This is a temp-perm opportunity with a company based in High Wycombe.
This role involves a shift pattern of 5.45am-2pm one week and 1.45pm-10pm the following week, please do not apply if you cannot do these shift times.
Unless you live locally you will need to be able to drive to get there.
What you'll do
Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information.
What you'll need
Basic Maths and English skills.
Desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
A valid right to work in the UK.
